With over 25 years in advertising, design and entertainment, I’ve accumulated a significant breadth and depth of skills and offerings. But it’s still about having diverse and effective relationships with people throughout the firm that yield the most professional and personal satisfaction. Having as strong a connection with an accounting manager as with a creative director ensures that the business of being creative is in balance. Over the years, my supervisors have ranged from CFO to CCO and COO, to ECD to Production Manager. This has allowed me to internalize and act on the broad range of needs and expectations in a creative environment, from having a happy balance sheet to winning awards.
